Job description

Position description:

The coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Responding to the needs of building tenants in a courteous, prompt and efficient manner

  • Providing a high level of customer service

  • Renting out the building’s vacant apartments

  • Implementing an apartment rental action plan

  • Managing rent collections and recording deposits as per the procedures in place

  • Working with the Property Manager and the other team members to plan capital work and filing documents

  • Planning and optimizing tenants’ moves in and out of the building while upholding building security and occupant safety

  • Managing apartment turn overs as per the program established by general management

  • Coordinating with the Property Manager for work that requires a specific action plan

Qualifications required


  • Minimum experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar position

  • Knowledge of the real estate management sector

  • Excellent Customer service

  • Demonstrated sales skills and an ability to close sales

  • Analysis skills and an ability to develop

  • Good organization skills and sense of initiative; demonstrated leadership

  • Monitoring, creativity and ability to work under pressure

  • Oral and written bilingualism is MANDATORY
