Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

  • Support the marketing department by scheduling and curating the creation of all marketing content – e-campaigns, property brochures, direct mailers, website content
  • Assist with preparation of special events like open houses, signage creation
  • Work with the graphic design team to help deliver content that meets client specifications
  • Leasing support on challenging properties
  • Prepare letters and emails to clients in response to questions or to provide clarification on an ongoing project
  • Strong eye for design and clean aesthetics.
  • High level of attention to detail is a must
  • Excellent writing and organizational skills
  • Dropbox & Excel proficiency
  • Adobe and Adobe preview efficiency
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Customer Service Skills
  • Provide support for the Director of Operations & VP of Operations of the Company
  • Some background in a Real Estate environment would be preferred
  • Social media updating - in particular experience with updating Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn

Qualifications required

MUST HAVE:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years’ marketing, advertising or graphic design experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
  • Desire to work within a fast paced work environment where meeting deadlines are critical for success
  • An eye for design and creativity
